Gabe and Julie met in Mount Juliet, TN while both working full time with successful careers in hospital construction and post acute care operations respectively in Brentwood and Franklin, TN. As they started their family, and after many years of commuting, they made the decision to leave their home town and friends to move closer to their places of employment.
They have both been in the healthcare sector with Gabe having 10+ years experience as project manager for several large General Contractors in the healthcare construction and Julie with 20+ yrs in healthcare from serving as a Pharmacist, VP of Operations, and most recently as a project management in hospital acquisitions.
For years Gabe had been encouraging Julie to consider real estate investing and they were both ready to do something they loved, which would allow more family time and hopefully growth to their single child family. Gabe and Julie were new to real estate however after attending one free seminar from Fortune Builders, they knew this was the golden opportunity to dive into the business they wanted to do with the education and investment in knowledge to do it right. After the next 3 day seminar, they were selected to join one of the most profitable investment clubs in the nation that focus on doing whats right for the customer and building a dream job in real estate investment. So they jumped right in, and decided to make their dream a reality.
With a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, Julie and Gabe desired to share their passion of real estate with others. As they began to develop the company and carve their niche in the big world of real estate, they quickly realized there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee. So they decided to create a company – where in collaboration with one another, they would offer a package of real estate services under one large umbrella, known as “Triple 4 Homes, LLC” doing business as Music City Redevelopers.
